1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired item (Mini Dress, Midi Dress, Maxi Dress, or Beach Top), choose your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, PlainChic only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. How long does shipping take?

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package in real time.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipping stages. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be guaranteed.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
9. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it carefully before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
